Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in San Antonio, Texas, United States. The BI Developer will primarily deal with implementing data integration, data warehousing, analytics, and reporting using Microsoft technologies. This role also requires the interpretation of technical requirements into efficient execution artifacts and the delivery of data-flow and process-based systems.Responsibilities: Implement data integration and data warehousing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server technologies. Develop and maintain efficient execution artifacts based on technical requirements. Design data-flow and process-based systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation. Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, delivering comprehensive and high-quality solutions. Utilize SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for data management and reporting. Develop Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize and communicate data insights. Collaborate with business users to develop written documentation and technical requirements based on business imperatives. Leverage strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office suite products to manage and analyze data. Learn and understand key metrics for given processes and map requirements to data visualization. Continuously learn and understand business processes to provide efficient and effective solutions. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer or in a similar role. Proven expertise in BusinessObjects Technologies. Proficiency with Cognos Business Intelligence tools. Solid understanding of Dax Technologies. Experience with Informatica is highly desirable. Familiarity with Maps API and its applications in business intelligence. Strong analytics skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. Deep understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) practices and principles. Knowledge of Business Intelligence Technologies and their applications in the business environment. Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents. Proven ability to work effectively with Business Users to understand and meet their data needs.
