Our core values are at the center of every decision we make: Every Person Matters® Together We Can Do Great Things® This Is More Than a Job® Job Summary The Contracts Coordinator supports the procurement of ongoing projects, subcontract review and processes and contract review in support of projects throughout the company. Essential Functions

Review agreements and change orders that have been drafted through the HotDocs program to look for compilation errors, scope, clarity, and requirements for bonds and other supporting documents.

Send documents for electronic execution using Adobe Sign® electronic signature software, ensuring that appropriate parties are copied on the initial distribution.

Facilitate requests for status of agreements and change orders for revisions to agreements, including receiving and reviewing the initial request, preparing a draft of agreed exceptions, coordinating the response between the project and legal personnel, and coordinating final execution once the revisions are agreed.

Update procurement tracking sheets and change order logs for each project as activities progress.

File executed agreements in ELO and adjust insurance and bond holds in SAP.

Request bonds from vendors if required by agreements.

Attend weekly procurement update meetings.

Submit federal contract reporting information for required projects.

Review credit applications for legal terms and conditions.

Draft Confidentiality Agreements and track status of NDA’s

Attend quarterly JV meeting(s) and take meeting minutes to distribute to required parties.

Draft miscellaneous agreements in HotDocs. Once proficient in HotDocs, learn how to create and edit templates in HotDocs.

Review Owner bids (primarily DOT owners initially) and provide initial review.

Ability to learn this role proficiently will lead to growth within this department.

Work where procedures are varied and diverse; requires some independent decision-making.

Miscellaneous / Other duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years job-related experience handling agreements, construction company experience preferred, not required.

Experience with maintaining electronic files.

Experience with HotDocs and Adobe Sign® a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.

Ability to manage multiple tasks against set deadlines.

Dependable, self-motivated and task-oriented.

Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and supplier/sub-contractors.
