Description We are seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. The role primarily involves managing and analyzing HR data, developing custom reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT, HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure consistency in processes and procedures.Responsibilities: Creating ad hoc reports and dashboards as required Ensuring the quality of HR data across various systems Conducting analytical analysis of human resource data Producing custom reports for both internal and external stakeholders Maintenance of mandatory Union reports Producing annual compliance reports and conducting testing Collaborating with cross-team stewards such as IT, HR, Finance and Operations teams to ensure consistency in process and procedures Conducting thorough testing and validation of reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and quality Developing efficiencies and streamlining processes for data quality reporting Staying current with the latest application updates, industry trends and best practices in reporting and human resources Utilizing SQL Programming, Python, Microsoft Power BI, and Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and modeling. Requirements Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Warehouse Analyst or in a similar role Proven expertise in Database Management and Data Analysis Proficiency in Data Modeling and Data Warehousing Deep understanding of SQL Programming is required Experience with Python programming language is desirable Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is a plus Experience in conducting AB Testing Knowledge of Financial Forecasting is advantageous Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
