Located in the San Antonio, Texas, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary in nature.Major responsibilities
Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions
Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals Requirements
Desktop support or related experience
Foundational knowledge in Remote Support Tools
Proficiency in Remote Support Tools
Knowledge of POS
Hardware and Software experience
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
