Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be part of a team providing comprehensive IT support services across various industry sectors. Your key responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, training, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment, as well as providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues to ensure optimal system performance. Provide timely and effective assistance to customers facing IT problems, through various communication channels including email, phone, and online chat. Facilitate the setup and installation of new IT equipment, as well as the upgrade of existing systems. Educate users on how to effectively utilize new software and technologies, enhancing their productivity and system knowledge. Regularly perform system checks and updates to maintain the security and efficiency of IT equipment. Document and track all IT issues and their corresponding solutions, to aid in future troubleshooting and system improvements. Respond promptly to IT inquiries, maintaining open lines of communication with customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues and obtaining feedback on IT services provided. Utilize skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management to perform duties effectively.
