The PMO Specialist provides various administrative services in support of the AAS team. As a PMO Specialist, you will have responsibility supporting a team that delivers across the highest priority efforts in our Sales Excellence organization. This position is characterized by shifting priorities over multiple, concurrent projects, and communicating with all levels of leadership. As a PMO Specialist you will:

Be responsible and accountable for managing work and projects, demonstrating management and leadership abilities to maintain momentum and move work forward intuitively

Deliver exceptional administrative support service in a virtual and in-person team-based environment; adapt methods and behaviors to engage and accommodate client styles and preferences effectively

Accurately and proactively assess requirements for each project/request, communicating effectively with requestors addressing questions or issues promptly and professionally

Compose and edit documents and collaborate with AAS team members to format, edit, proo, and coordinate production for presentations and proposals according to Deloitte brand standards

Plan, manage, and coordinate meetings to accommodate AAS team schedules, demonstrating exception judgement to adjust and flex hours and address request with urgency

Promote a teaming culture with shared goals and responsibilities; leverage strengths and specialized skills to help deliver a high-performing team

Build positive and productive relationships with engagement teams, leadership and peers, and Deloitte professionals in all functions at all levels

Gain and apply knowledge of Deloitte's policy and procedures, including brand standards, to offer quality support and accurate guidance to the collective AAS team

Assist with the development, enhancement, maintenance, and use of tools, templates, and guidance

Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver with consistent quality

Provide accurate and timely communications regarding project status and recommended actions to close gaps

Ensure quality and responsiveness of all work

Provide document management and controls

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Business, English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience

Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

6+ years of work experience

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
