Helpdesk Support Specialist DTSI is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide sustainment services in support of Cyber services to military organizations across the country. The qualified candidate will support a team of cyber operators, engineers, developers, and specialists through problem resolution and escalation by leveraging and developing program knowledge databases and ticket solutions as needed. Duties and Responsibilities
Address helpdesk issues with fielded products, provision products, develop administrative tools, and provide internal IT support for the depot
Ensure a timely process through which problems are controlled. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps
Oversee the operation of Tier 2/3 help desk and serve as a focal point for customer concerns
Document, track, monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
Report availability and health of infrastructure to customers via database reports
Provide first-level support to end-users for software, hardware, network, and applications
Qualifications
2+ years experience in an IT Helpdesk position
Experience with a ticketing system (Remedy/JIRA)
2+ years experience with hardware and software support
Familiar with network infrastructure and cyber operations within a classified environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Education
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study; 2+ years related experience may substitute for Degree

Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (Security+ce)

The Ops Support Associate is responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to serves as the liaison between operations staff, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. May service an expansive and/or diverse array of products/services. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team objectives. Understands how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team/unit and how the units coordinate their efforts and resources to achieve the objectives of the function.
