This role involves all aspects of planning, design, and specialty services related to the stormwater and water resources engineering field. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions while collaborating with project teams and clients.  This position is a hands-on position in our H&H sector, in a successful and continually growing employee-owned company.  Responsibilities include:Mentor staff and contribute to a growing teamLead and manage stormwater engineering teams and staff to provide exceptional stormwater engineering servicesLead and manage hydrology and hydraulic (stormwater) projects from conception through completion, for both public and private workHelp guide and develop project deliverables, permitting and general stormwater designCoordinate with regulatory agencies and internal teams to ensure project successFoster client relationshipsSome business development and client management
