Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
Emphasize product/service benefits, quote prices.
Establish friendly relations with existing customers and establish new customers.
Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly.
