Lead Federal Contracts Administrator

Proactively provides support to the development, review, and negotiation of contracts, modifications, prime contractor NDA and teaming agreements and subcontracts consistent with company policies.

Enters contract data into appropriate forms and databases. Checks existence, accuracy, and completeness of electronic documents related to contract agreements.

Reviews Federal solicitations, requests for information and proposals, and identifies business risks, documents the findings, and provides recommendations.

Has a keen understanding and knowledge of key terms and conditions of assigned contracts that would affect performance or compliance with the ability to convey salient information to the appropriate stakeholders.

Organizes softcopy/hardcopy proposal/contract materials in accordance with policies and procedures.

Prepares standard contract writings (e.g., technical/price assumptions, certifications & representations) for inclusion into proposal offers.

Receives and interprets federal customers' post submission, proposal clarifications and/or deficiencies. Completes distribution of questions to the proposal team/awaits inputs, assists with the coordination of proposal changes. Remits revised proposal offer to the Contracting Officer.

Assists with monitoring performance against original cost allocation and contract requirements including the requirements for contracts deliverables.

Accurately enters and updates active agreements into system upon notification of an award or modification.

Reviews for compliance with federal contract regulations and various reporting requirements.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:Required:

Bachelor's Degree

5+ years of relevant work experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Experience working with multiple contract types (e.g. CPFF, CPIF, CPAF, FFP/LOE, T&M, FFP) and solicitation types (e.g. FAR Parts 8, 15, and 16)

Preferred:

Experience supporting the Federal clients

Master's Certificate

Emerging ability to excel in upper-level management environment.

NCMA: CFCM or CCCM

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
