This role involves working with stamping presses, welding stations, and production lines to manufacture small metal parts for vehicles. Operate production lines
Push carts of product
Move materials around the facility
Perform lifting and labor-intensive tasks
Maintain high attention to detail
Demonstrate a high level of initiative and attendance
Essential Skills
Experience in a production facility or warehouse
Ability to stand on feet for 10+ hours a day
Capability to lift 30+ lbs repeatedly
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Crane operation and assistance
Quality checks and ensuring products meet standards
Leadership skills for Line Lead positions
Mechanical inclination and troubleshooting for Setupper roles
Knowledge of QA inspection processes, including the use of calipers, torque wrenches, gauge calibration, height gauge measurements, and more
