Local Residential Research Company seeks quarterly part time employee for field work. Perfect for retirees or semi retired. Must have reliable transportation, good sense of direction, be able to read maps, GPS and have great attention to detail. There will be about 3 days of paid field training. Part of the responsibilities include driving to each area in route order and making accurate marks on the residential subdivision plat regarding the status of the land, lots or homes. Looking for long term person to fill quarterly part time position. Survey is middle to end of March, June, September and December. Flexible hours. Lots of driving to new housing subdivisions involved. Estimate 45-55 hours per quarter. Bexar West area. Starting pay $17 per hour plus mileage.
