Title: Senior Wellness Coordinator - Army Wellness Program Location: Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, or Virginia Job Summary Hyperion Biotechnology is seeking candidates for a Senior Wellness Coordinator (SWC) to support the US Army's Wellness Program for the Army Criminal Investigation Division. The SWC will be responsible for the oversight of all contract counselors and shall serve as the initial point of contact for staffing case questions and/or concerns. Responsibilities/Tasks

The SWC shall support locations in the absence of assigned contract counselors to specific locations. Additionally, when circumstances arise that require additional counseling support, the SWC will provide coverage to augment the Wellness Program services. This includes, but is not limited to, critical incident debriefs that require assistance from an additional contract counselor.

The SWC shall monitor all contracted counselor compliance regarding procedures and provide updates on successes and challenges identified by the contract counselors to the COR-RA.

The SWC shall collect, compile, and submit trend analysis to the COR-RA concerning the use of Wellness Program services.

The SWC shall act as the Deputy Program Manager when the Program Manager is not available.

Minimum Requirements

The SWC shall possess experience in managing behavioral health professionals.

The SWC shall have a strong clinical background with at least six years of counseling or clinical experience.

The SWC shall have education, training, and experience in management with two years' experience in the supervision of personnel.

Must be a U.S. citizen

Must be able to pass a government background check.

Must be Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) with a Master's degree from an accredited graduate program.

Must have a valid unrestricted license from a State, the District of Columbia, a U.S. Commonwealth, or a U.S. Territory that grants authority to provide counseling services as an independent practitioner.

Must be able to practice at the independent level without requiring state mandated clinical supervision and demonstrate a working knowledge of professional standards and ethics.

Must have experience in brief behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, public speaking, and case management.

Must have provided documented proof of professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence; $3,000,000 aggregate.

Must have a minimum of six years of full-time professional experience post-licensure.

Must understand law enforcement, as well as the military lifestyle and culture. Basic knowledge of the military population (e.g., prior work with the VA, having clients who were/are military) are acceptable forms of experience.

Must be able to effectively communicate with individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds, including enlisted personnel, officers, and senior military and civilian leadership.

Must be well-versed in crisis debriefing, individual and family counseling, case management, and training.

Must be able to develop, prepare and present formal briefings and speeches to Army Program leadership (at all echelons).
