This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.A top performer will have the ability to successfully manage an ABAP development team and deliver quality SAP custom programs on client engagements. They will have the ability to multi-task different assignments on engagements and have strong interpersonal skills that allow for effective communications with fellow EY and client team members. Train the team within the SDC model and mentor the junior team membersSkills and attributes for success

Assist and guide customers in the selection, implementation and support of SAP technical solutions including blueprinting and design, configuration, testing, training and go-live support.

Provide technical and development expertise as part of a project team.

Collaborate with functional resources to understand and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.

Develop, read, and convert functional specifications to implement required SAP solutions.

Perform validations and unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Document technical designs and tests for comprehensive project documentation.

Exposure supporting the SAP functional modules

(MM)

(PP/PM/QM)

(SD)

Support design activities and gap analysis including the technical design, development of Reports, Interfaces, Forms, Enhancements, Conversions and/or Workflows in SAP.

Responsible for technical aspects of the analysis and design process and complete the associated documentation including functional and technical specifications and test plans.

Work closely with client and EY professional services management and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, on-budget and to client satisfaction.

Support and participate on teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.

Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress.

Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge.

Create and maintain long-term client relationships and networks.

To qualify, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

Must have minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP technology project delivery for development organizations.

Must have minimum 1 years of experience demonstrating leadership and management of project/development experience.

Must have 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and must have experience in object-oriented ABAP techniques

Minimum 1 years of experience in S/4 HANA ABAP development.

Must have been part of at least 1 full life cycle SAP implementations

Ideally, you’ll also have

Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2)

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $54,900 to $111,900. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $65,900 to $127,200. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
