You’ll be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. You will be accountable for confirming that operations are carried out productively, profitably, and sustainably.Responsibilities Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertakedisciplinary actions if the need arises. Manage team of 30 - 45 associates. Communicate with Management, Vendors and Client advocates. Hires, terminates, prepares performance reviews, corrective actions. Work with senior management on department budget and acquisitions. Escalate, and resolve issues which involve SLA’s. Understand the strategies of the organization. Gather data, and views of strategic risks. Obtain feedback to create controls. Track and report results to senior management. Review quality trends to reduce error rates. Validate performance evaluations. Hire and staff. Involvement in staff meetings. Coach and develop associates. Define roles and responsibilities.Requirements Possess High school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired. Have minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Fraud Investigations, (preferably in a team lead or supervisory capacity. Demonstrate strong communications skills (interpersonal, verbal and written).
