Vendor Management Senior Specialist II (San Antonio TX)

If you possess strong research and time management skills join the Vendor Management Team supporting Card Collections Litigation.As a Vendor Management in Collections Litigation, you will be responsible for performing timely quality reviews to validate law firm's compliance with guidelines set-forth in the Law Firm Supplemental Guide.Job Responsibilities:

Perform quality reviews to validate law firms are complaint with account handling guidelines

Correctly track assigned work and disposition accordingly

Review and verify that the correct and required documentation is present for each account

Work with limited supervision and meet performance related standards and goals for quality and productivity

Timely identify errors and raise through the proper escalation process

Perform root cause analysis and share findings

Successfully complete all required training

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

1 year business operations experience (collections, process management or financial services industry)

Working knowledge of quality principal and framework

Proven ability to work independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong PC Skills (proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word)

Excellent attention to detail to identify inaccuracies within documented procedures

Engage with Control partners as needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Ability to exercise sound judgment to identify issues that require attention and/or escalation to management or legal partner

Strong ability to maintain professional rapport with internal stakeholders, attorneys and external law firms

Proficient in organization, time management, research and follow-up skills

Integrity, curiosity, and the courage to escalate
