DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces.
Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team.
Follow Manager’s instructions and report accordingly.
Clean station and store leftover food properly.
Ensure plates are ready simultaneously, high quality, and on time.
Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Familiarity with industry best practices.
Food Handler Certification is required.
