Immediate full time openings for Food service lead at the Adult detention center. Food service experience is preferred but not required (will train). This position offers a competitive hourly rate from $15 to $17 per hour depending on experience.
Three shifts available, 6am-2pm, 1pm-9pm and overnight shift 11pm-7am shift differential pay for overnight shift. Must be able to work weekends. Candidates must be able to pass an extensive background check. Responsibilities: Prepare meals according to daily menu, ensure meals are sent out in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food service areas, store food and rotate stock as necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth operation. Requirements: food handlers certification within 7 days of hire, ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, strong communication skills and organizational skills.
