Chacho’s restaurants is changing its model to be a 24/7 full service restaurant with a busy 2 lane drive thru.
We are changing our management structure to have both a kitchen manager and service manager on duty.
The Kitchen manager must know how to cook and prepare all food and make all menu items, hands on.
Kitchen Managers will be highly paid and will work 5 consecutive days with night shift kitchen managers working both Friday and Saturday nights and day shift kitchen managers working both Saturday and Sundays.
Hours can be somewhat flexible, but the maximum would be a 60 hour 5 day workweek.
We are now actively interviewing and hiring for this position.
Previous kitchen management not required, but you must be a hard worker, able to work on your feet continuously for up to 12 hours. No full breaks or smoking permitted, although you can eat free while at work. No formal education or experience required, but you must have common sense and be able to earn the respect of your fellow workers by your activities and behavior while working.
