Chacho’s Restaurants operates a large central commissary that prepares meat and other products for its restaurants, located on the west side of San Antonio by the produce terminal.
Chacho’s is hiring a general manager with foodservice or food processing experience. Daytime hours Monday to Saturday.
To be eligible, you must be able to direct and manage a crew of production workers. You must also speak fluent Spanish since some of the workers do not speak English.
