Maintenance Duties:
Making sure property, lobby and rooms meet hotel standards.
If you see something needs to be fixed, initiate it.
Frequent communication with your staff and assigning work orders for yourself and your teammates for anything you deem unsatisfactory in rooms and/or around the property.
Grounds keeping tasks such as: leaf blowing, taking out trash around the property, moving furniture, pool upkeep
Requirements:
Good communication and time management
Transportation and smartphone.
Good attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our hotel
