WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR OFF ON 35N AND FROST BANK CENTER.
LONG TERM POSITION!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of all WMS BOSS activities, and E-Commerce .com (VTT, VTE, WM, Amazon, etc) operations, maintain all control programs, and ensure all products are shipped correctly.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
§ Maintain and Supervise work force in meeting Departmental Objectives
§ Manage daily receiving, pick, pack, and ship operations in the warehouse
§ Promptly communicate exceptions and escalate issues to the Distribution Manager
§ Participate in planning and execution of month end procedures
§ Provide support to Maintenance Manager for warehouse equipment
§ Train new personnel to operation and work environment polices and procedures
§ Coordinate daily shipment productivity flow with floor Leads and loaders
§ Provide system support associated with WMS BOSS to warehouse users
SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS:
§ Ability to learn and apply Distribution operations protocols and procedures
§ Ability to effectively, clearly and concisely communicate in a professional manner with all contacts both in writing and orally using English.
§ Ability to work independently as well as establish and maintain harmonious relations with others both inside and outside the organization
§ Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize many different projects
§ Demonstrated ability to effectively use programs within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint are required
§ Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, vendors, contractors and others
§ Professional demeanor, ability to remain calm dealing with stressful situations
§ Ability to operate a stand up fork lift is a plus but not a condition for employment
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent course work, study in related field, and 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in the area of Warehouse Pick, Pack and Ship environment is required; or any combination of experience and education that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and ability to perform assigned tasks.

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM
$24.00 AN HOUR
