We are looking for a part time Admin Assistant/ Contract Admin that can lead into a full time position.
- Answering phone and checking mail.
- Data entry for AP such as receipts and invoices.
- Reviewing and sending emails.
- Fill out credit applications for new suppliers.
- Sending Job Info Sheet(JIS) forms to suppliers.
- Assist in preparing proposals for estimators.
- Collecting all documents for contracts received.
- Preparing AR invoices with project manager.
Hours will be Monday through Friday starting off at 25 hours with growth to 40 hours.
We are looking to fill the position quickly.
