Apartment Community Receptionist/Office Assistant Needed
We are looking for a highly motivated, people-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Office Assistant at our apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and support to current and prospective tenants
Assist the Property Manager with daily office and clerical tasks
Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage tenant communications
Maintain organized records and handle basic administrative duties
Qualifications:
Experience with clerical work and general office duties
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred – many of our tenants primarily speak Spanish
Position Details:
Full-time or part-time available
