Small company in the Adkins Texas area (just east of San Antonio) searching for a go to person to
help out with the ABC's of business.
A - administrative tasks: filling out various forms, insurances, filing and clerical, misc tasks, regulatory conformance.
B - bookkeeping and accounting tasks (Quickbooks and Quicken), billing, posting payments, payroll, sales tax, IRS
C - Collections. Various collection techniques and fostering prompt payment habits from customers.
We are a growing company and would like to recruit a new team member to take on this important roll. Applicant should
have ample education and or experience in the above listed job descriptions. Would prefer the applicant to be located in close proximity to the office as this position will be both onsite and remote (work from home).
