We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team, with opportunity for advancement! You will perform clerical and administrative functions, reporting directly to the Area General Manager.

Responsibilities:
Type and review student enrollment contracts with clients
Plan, schedule and coordinate driving lessons/class sessions among our driving instructors and students
Greet and assist walk in guests
Answer inbound telephone calls, return voicemails
Follow and maintain organized filing systems- both paper and electronic
Perform all other office tasks and special projects as directed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Requirements:
Valid Texas Driver's License
Reliable transportation
Able to commit to work schedule with minimal to none absences or tardiness, etc.
Able to work Monday-Friday and Saturday (usually half day)
Ability to travel to other offices, if needed
