Have 2 to 3 years’ experience in office administration
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Must be proficient in Quick Books, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Payroll and with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel
Must have attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
Preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Social media posting skills
