L.K. Jordan is currently seeking an Bilingual Inside Sales Representative for a manufacturing company. Candidates must be comfortable making and receiving calls all day, working with internal partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Includes base pay + bonus potential. Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with pay starting at $42,000 with bonuses to get to $60,000.
Job Details:
-Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
-Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
-Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions over the phone and virtually
-Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
-Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email, and text.
-Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales.
-Overcome objections of prospective customers.
-Emphasize product/service benefits, quote prices
-Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the SFDC.
-Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
-Meet and communicate with the walk-in customers
-Establish friendly relations with customers and maintain ongoing relations with the customers
-Manage a database of potential customers and contact them regularly
-Note down the suggestions and complaints made by the customers and report them to the Production/Service director
-Provide continuous follow-up during a long sales cycle.
-Stay informed of competitors service and products
Job Requirements:
-2-5 years inside sales experience
-High School Diploma
-Some secondary education preferred.
-Bilingual English and Spanish
-Exceptional written and oral communications skills
