Outside Sales Representative

We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their team! This is a commission-based role with no cap on your potential earnings. We provide comprehensive training, full support and the tools you need to succeed.

In this role, you will develop leads and drive sales through your network of contacts and by actively reaching out to businesses in your area. A key component of the sales process involves physical visits to local businesses to build and nurture relationships. You'll also leverage a network of referrals to create new opportunities for growth, while we handle all the customer service aspects - allowing you to focus solely on selling and following up to see how we can continue to help your clients thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Develop new business by utilizing your existing contacts and conducting physical visits to local businesses. Actively reach out to potential clients and present tailored staffing solutions.

Relationship Building & Referral Networks: Build and foster a strong referral network to drive continuous revenue growth. Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their evolving needs and explore new opportunities.

Sales Process Management: Follow a simple, streamlined sales process that we will train you in, allowing you to focus on your strengths—selling and relationship management.

Client Communication & Support: While our team handles all customer service, you will maintain ongoing communication with your clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional ways to help them succeed.

Sales Tools & Support: Utilize our CRM software to track leads and manage your sales pipeline. We provide ongoing training and marketing collateral to support your efforts.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in outside sales, ideally within the staffing or recruiting industry.

Strong ability to develop new business and nurture lasting relationships.

Exceptional communication, networking and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work independently.

Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred but not required).
