We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative in the construction fence and hard scape field to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively position our products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the construction industry.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Present and sell our fence design services to potential clients.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Analyzes blueprints, existing structures, specifications, proposals, and other documentation or services by
performing essential duties and responsibilities.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure client needs are met.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.
Strong understanding of commercial/residential construction processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience reading blueprints: 1 year.
Construction estimating: 1year.
Direct Sales: 1 year.
