Hiring a Full Time Grounds & Facilities Maintenance person for a 98-unit complex.
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm shift.
Must have own tools and minimum of two years' experience turning apartments
HVAC certified a bonus
Must be skilled in electrical, plumbing & general maintenance
Must be skilled in landscaping & the use of Garden Tools. (chainsaws, shovels, rakes, weed eaters etc.)
Must:
Calmly handle stressful situations
Work outdoors and on roof in hot & cold conditions
Make-ready & turn apartments in a timely fashion
Complete work orders in a timely fashion
