-Oversee all project-based work orders from initiation through completion.
-This role ensures each project is properly planned, executed, and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
-The Project Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination, effective communication, and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage all assigned project work orders from initiation to closeout.
-Procure and assign appropriate vendors for each project, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general contracting, and installation-related work.
-Coordinate with vendors to schedule site visits, obtain estimates, and ensure timely project execution.
-Review, track, and manage project estimates, budgets, and change order approvals.
-Develop and maintain accurate project timelines; provide regular updates to Operations leadership.
-Communicate proactively with clients regarding project status, milestones, challenges, and next steps.
Qualifications:
-3 to 5 years of project management or hands on experience, preferably in facilities maintenance or facilities technician services, or related fields.
-Strong understanding of vendor coordination across trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general contracting.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
-Ability to read and interpret estimates, work orders, and project documentation.
-Must have excellent computer and typing skills.
