Role Overview:

Your role will involve managing schedules, monitoring production targets, and implementing process improvements to optimize workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate welding activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of welders, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures, promoting a culture of safety among team members.
