Initiate and manage the invoicing process.
Accurately examine billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtaining missing or correct data when necessary.
Work closely with the accounting department to develop and maintain practices and procedures.
Address and resolve client inquiries concerning billing.
Keep organized records of invoices, contracts, and other financial records.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Billing Specialist.
Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and other accounting software.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with numerical data.
