At least 5 years experience installing copper and fiber optic cabling.
At least 5 years experience working in an outside plant environment.
At least 5 years experience installing, testing, and maintaining physical telephone and network cabling (copper, fiber optic).
At least 5 years experience working with contractors for projects of varying size.
Extensive knowledge of BICSI and EIA / TIA telecommunications standards.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiar with TCP /IP networking.
Experience with telecommunications ticketing systems.
Familiar with the installation and troubleshooting of cameras.
Familiar with door access systems.
Experience with project management of varying sizes of construction projects.
BICSI Technician 1/2 Certification(s).
