Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour The Job: This position will be responsible for providing back-up assistance and coverage for inbound repair coordination and new order entry. Repair Coordinator/Order Entry Assistants will be reporting to the Manager Repair Field Services. Who we are looking for: FCI is in search of a Repair Coordinator/ Order Entry Assistant who is organized and consistent with managing order entries. We are looking for coordinators who are self-motivated and require little to no supervision. Individuals who are ready to challenge themselves with consistent work and are effective at communicating order statuses to our customers and end clients.This is a great opportunity for those who are recent undergraduates and are looking to jump into a fast-paced position in a manufacturing setting. Gaining experience as a Repair Coordinator/Order Entry Assistant will allow individuals to develop strong communicative skills and acquire product knowledge which could lead to career advancement into the Sales division. Here are some examples of your day-to-day duties:
Monitor INET queue and download of INET orders as back up for primary order entry personnel.
Inputs orders of new sales and repairs into business system
Assigns RA numbers and communicates status to customer.
Corresponds with customers regarding repair quote, status of repair results and inbound inspection of repair.
Follow-up with customers regarding outstanding repair quotes, open RAs and customer’s acceptance of work.
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone.
Prepares and assists in the preparation of monthly reports.
Other duties as assigned.
The following qualifications are required to hold this position:
1-3 years of experience working in Customer Service or Sales department.
High School Diploma or GED.
