Join us and experience the benefits of being truly Liberated.What you’ll do:Actively help and engage with customers’ needsDrive sales and build relationships with customersRepresent the brand with actions and knowledge of productsBring your passion for the brand, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, or the action sports industry into the store environment to connect and build relationships with customersComplete customer transactions in a timely and accurate mannerInform customers of current sales and promotionsMerchandise men’s, women’s, and kid’s clothing and accessoriesMaintain floor appearance by receiving, checking, and shelving merchandiseMaintain store cleanliness by keeping areas organized and unclutteredCollaborate with your team to complete assigned tasksContribute to a fun, organized, and efficient environmentPerform other duties as assignedWhat you’ll need:Flexible schedule and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysPrevious retail/sales experience preferredFamiliarity with the brand and action sports industryInterpersonal, customer service, and basic math skillsBe an effective team playerStrong ethical behaviorPerks: Discounted merchFun work environment & team401k with employer match (based on eligibility)Job Requirements: Ability to transport and position a minimum of 10 lbsAbility to constantly move within the store and backroomAbility to stand (or remain in a stationary position) for long periods of timeGreat communication with customers, store team, and corporate (in-person, phone, and email)Ability to accurately process cash transactions, including basic math/counting skillsLiberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
