This role is perfect for an individual seeking to expand their recruitment skills, while earning a competitive wage of $20 - $25 per hour.About the Role:As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be the support force behind our recruitment team’s efforts, facilitating a smooth and efficient hiring process.Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire.
Foster relationships with candidates, ensuring all their questions are promptly answered.
Source potential candidates and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Assist with job postings and manage applications on job boards, careers pages and social networks.
Support recruiters with screening resumes.
Manage pre-employment processes like background checks and reference checks.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
Compile reports on hiring metrics and data analytics for process improvement.
Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role.
Sharpened sourcing and networking skills, with a familiarity of databases, social media and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.
