Key Responsibilities:
Be the first line of review for external prescriptions on the dashboard, delegating calls to clinical liaisons or Stepping in as a secondary backup for prescription fills when needed.
Monitor daily Cubex reports, resolve cycle count discrepancies, and conduct investigations.
Champion compliance by overseeing daily refrigerator and freezer temperature logs.
Participate in hospital rounds to identify drug-related patient care questions, collaborating with our pharmacist for expert follow-up.
Assist with preparing discharge medications and reconciling owner-provided medications.

Work hand-in-hand with the Technician Learning and Development Specialist to create engaging pharmacy-related onboarding and training experiences.
Be the go-to resource for client drug-related inquiries, callbacks, and communication, positively impacting their experience.
Fill prescriptions with precision, ensuring final review and sign-off by a supervisor.
Review CURES reports daily, addressing and resolving any reporting errors.
Manage Chewy dashboard tasks, voicemails, emails, and callbacks, ensuring seamless communication with doctors and clinical liaisons to meet client needs.

Qualifications:
CurrentRegistered Veterinary Technician (RVT)orVeterinary Assistant Controlled Substance Permit (VACSP)is required.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in veterinary or medical pharmacy operations preferred.
Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions.
Familiarity with prescription management software, Cubex systems, and compliance tools is a bonus.
