Small restaurant for a boutique hotel. We pride ourselves in southern hospitality for our guest including a yummy meal that they can enjoy. Must be available for weekend work.
General Accountabilities
Check the quality of raw or cooked food to ensure that health and safety standards are met.
Monitor sanitation practices
Check the quantity and quality of received products.
Inspect supplies, equipment, or work areas to ensure conformance to established standards set by the state and company.
Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
Prepare and cook foods of all types.
Meet with customers to discuss special dietary considerations

Job Qualifications
Education: High School
Experience: 1-year culinary experience
Food Handler Certificate (Must be acquired within 2 weeks of hire date)
TABC License (Must be acquired within 2 weeks of hire date)
