We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Asbury Place Townhomes, a 64 unit apartment community in San Marcos, TX.
Position Summary:
The Lead Maintenance Technician would be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for apartment turns
General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property
Appliance repair as necessary
Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications:
2years of previous maintenance experience
Make-ready experience strongly preferred
Ability to work on-call required
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Basic electrical, plumbing and painting experience
HVAC andEPA experience necessary
HVAC Certified strongly preferred
Must provide your own tools
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
