Provide the Production Supervisor with support for all sections of the organization.

Create, track and report daily costs.

Create, track, and report daily production increases/declines.

Prepare KPI’S for Supervisor and chart production on graphs.

Prepare a weekly field performance report for the Supervisor.

Oversee daily operations with lease operators as well as with contractors.

Lead prior to work Safety Meetings daily.

Assist Operators in Troubleshooting production Facilities and Producing wells.

Oversee new construction projects from inception through startup with Project groups.

Provide hands-on support to resolve maintenance-related problems as they occur.

Provide hands-on support to resolve operations-related problems as they occur.

Identify, report, and correct safety and environmental concerns.

Monitor SCADA daily and address any operational issues or concerns immediately.

Speak clearly, both in person and by telephone, using a high level of verbal skills, and listen carefully.

Write effectively, and understand verbal and written communications, including but not limited to email.

Help develop written operational procedures.

Enter Workorders into the appropriate data base “Maximo.”

Maintain a regular, dependable attendance, and high level of performance.

Maintain a high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets and employees, and the public.

Call-out and unscheduled overtime are required and anticipated.

Position Requirements

5 to 10 years EOR experience. “Enhanced Oil Recovery”

Excellent planning and organization skills.

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Effective communication skills, particularly in the areas of lease operations and projects.

Ability to contribute and work in a team environment.

Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and always carry a cell phone.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

Experience in EOR floods. “Enhanced Oil Recovery”

Ability to troubleshoot operational issues as they arise.

Experience in supervising and mentoring lease operators.

Knowledge of Submersible lift equipment and VFD drives.

Thorough understanding of EOR Production Process Equipment.

Past or current experience with CO2 Production Process facilities.

Past or current experience with LOTO, MOC, PHA and PSSR’s documentation and process.

Experience with PLCs and associated languages.

Proficient in Excel and Microsoft.
