Under general supervision, supervises and directs subordinate activities which provide support on Product Data Management System/manufacturing systems related issues. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Job Roles:
Supervises and directs activities on Product Data Management System/manufacturing systems related issues
Coordinates and directs the creation of product Data Management System/manufacturing systems material data for customers at multiple locations
Ensures the integrity, control and availability of the documents stored within the Product Data Management System
Responsible for availability, coordination and processing of Product Data Management System data to manufacturing systems
Provide support/guidance to Technology and Manufacturing to analyze data and resolve interface problems between PDM and manufacturing systems
Implements established data/documentation procedures
Analyzes data and recommends improvements to individual user methods, processes, standards, and lessons learned and best practices
Maintains a current knowledge base in product Data Management System/mfg systems
Drafts methods, processes, standards, lessons learned and best practices
Collaborate with the CAPE team on newly developed issues and provides expertise and guidance on related policies
Identifies opportunities for and/or drives implementation of improvements to the Engineering Change Process
Utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments
Coordinates and/or conducts training for Technology groups in manufacturing systems and product data management systems
Promotes corporate HSE initiatives
Leads HES quality mission and vision in supporting delivery of products and services as well as their own work activities
Minimum Education & Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Business Management or similar discipline
9 years of experience processing technical documentation associated with Manufacturing and/or Technology
