This position supports all aspects of a full-service facility management program. Must be flexible to work at any campus including the Fort Worth and Stephenville campuses as needed. Work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. May be required to work extended hours as business needs required.Responsibilities:

Assist with vendor management that oversees maintenance, environmental, grounds, and construction.

Identify, report, and manage maintenance and building operations deficiencies.

Ensure quality control and assurance.

Coordinate basic repairs to buildings and infrastructure.

Ensures related fire and life safety equipment throughout the campus are maintained on the Fort Worth Campus.

Serves as primary contact for after-hours building emergencies, and must be able to promptly respond in person, on site, to after-hours building emergencies.

Manages building proctors and facility-related activities.

Coordinates office moves and safety assignments.

Acts as liaison and representative of Campus Operations department including but not limited to areas such as Risk Management, Texan Card/Access, event setups, and performs other duties as assigned.

Acts as representative of Campus Operations and as valued member of TSU as part of the A&M system and performs other duties as assigned, including serving satellite campuses.

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and time critical situations.

Ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently.

Self-starter, proactive, and able to work under general supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Ability to work constructively and cooperatively with people from diverse educational backgrounds, disciplines, and professions.

Ability to promptly respond to on-site emergency calls.

Ability to manage, plan, and organize the overall building maintenance and operations.

Ability to be accountable, responsible, and dependable member of the Campus Operations team.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Three years supervisory experience.

Five years of related experience.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience

The target base annual salary is 53,745 ma y be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
