Robert Half is currently seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Patient Care Coordinator for a contract to hire opportunity with a hearing care center in Stephenville, TX. In this role, you'll be the friendly face that greets patients, schedules appointments, and ensures their overall satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with a warm and positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Proactively reach out to patients via phone to schedule follow-up appointments and evaluations.
Maintain organized patient files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Confirm appointments and assist with scheduling to optimize clinic efficiency.
Process insurance paperwork and verify patient benefits to facilitate a seamless experience.
Provide attentive customer service, addressing patient inquiries, handling check-ins/check-outs, and processing payments.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Assist with event planning and logistics to support community engagement initiatives.

Outgoing and optimistic personality with a strong customer service orientation.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or a similar industry.
Familiarity with insurance verification processes and scheduling software.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing clinic needs.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration are a plus.
