The website management includes responsibilities such as updating pricing and inventory of merchandise and course materials on the Texans Campus Store (https://texanscampusbookstore.tarleton.edu/home) website as well as actively post to the Campus Store Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/tarletoncampusstore/) , Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/texanscampusstore/) , and Twitter (https://twitter.com/TexansStore) pages.This position is located in Stephenville, Texas with work hours of Monday to Friday; from 8 AM to 5PM or as business needs indicate. Work hours may vary during peak season and may be subject to afterhours, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the Texans Campus Store website, sales, and online marketing. Including posting frequent updates to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages and responding to inquiries.
Responsible for posting and updating the sales of course materials and general merchandise via the website.
Responsible for overseeing customer related inquiries such as providing tracking information, local pick-up requests, and returns or exchanges.
Responsible for managing online order fulfillment team and making sure all tasks are completed in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
Continually review established guidelines and procedures, making changes as necessary to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Manage the submission and follow-up of service requests for any issues encountered on the website.
Review informational pages regularly for clarity and accuracy.
Review all graphics and copy for accuracy.
Work with Management to add, remove or update products on the store website.
Assist employees with correctly applying customer service guidelines in any situation as well as taking and resolving escalated customer service issues.

Minimum RequirementsEducation – Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience – Three years of related experience.Knowledge, Abilities, & Skills
Exceptional organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to be customer service-oriented and promote the Texans Campus Store with professionalism is essential.
Ability to efficiently and accurately fulfill and track online order sales and inventory.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule beyond normal office hours, including evening and occasional weekend hours.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively guide, lead, and develop employees promoting team relationship skills and communication.
Ability to be an accountable, responsible, and dependable member of the Campus Operations team.
