Although you are not required a CDL to operate our equipment, we require minimum of 5 years of driving experience with Commercial Trucks (CDL experience preferred). The ideal candidate should have a background in driving commercial trucks with some mechanical/maintenance knowledge; nothing more than the basics needed. He/She will also be someone who enjoys working in a small team, is disciplined in executing the task at hand, and following the process/protocol. You will receive two weeks of hands on training, performing regular daily job duties. Unlike working for long distance truck lines, our Crushrs go home every day and drive between 50-75 miles a day.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a 23,000-pound truck
Drive the truck to the customer sites within our exclusive territory in North Dallas
Skillfully and safely operate a hydraulic machine
Properly track and document activity log through a handheld device
Inspect truck before and after your daily routes
Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of truck and machine
Interact with a friendly and entrepreneurial spirit with our customers
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of driving experience. No CDL is required, but preferred
Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly individual who thrives on interacting with people & Customers.

Must have strong work ethic, be reliable, and be on time and professional
Must be able to pass a background check, DOT drug screening and physical
Valid driver’s license with clean records
Compensation:
$20 per hour start and quickly get to $23 per hour (6-12 months).We also offer quarterly incentive bonus. You are able to participate in the company’s 401(K) program after 6 months. 1 week PTO after one year, and 2 weeks after the 2nd year.
