Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the Oil and Gas Services industry located in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves large amounts of work in OpenInvoice, uploading tickets and invoices, and some in Ariba, the maintenance of customer accounts, processing of debit and credit memos, and handling customer inquiries. This position is a contract opportunity with the potential to lead into a permanent role. The position is fully onsite, Monday-Friday from 8:00-5:00pm. Responsibilities:
Entering tickets and invoices directly to OpenTicket/OpenInvoice.
Resolving customer disputes.
Posting invoices monthly.
Assisting customers with updating or changing ACH or payment information.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable
Oil and Gas Services or related industry experience is required
Proficiency in using Open Invoice and Ariba software platforms is required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
