Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an ERP Integration Manager in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry. The role is based in The Woodlands, Texas, United States. The ERP Integration Manager will oversee the integration of various systems across our organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the integration of the Workday ERP suite including HR, Supply Chain, and Contract Management modules. Collaborate with relevant teams and individuals for the release cycles of the ERP system. Manage the reporting in Prism and delve deep into the EDW. Handle the support model for IT and its integration with 3rd party support models. Supervise the integration with Active Directory and other necessary systems. Ensure the smooth operation of the Workday help ticketing system. Utilize skills in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, CRM, Epicor, and Epicor ERP to optimize system functionality. Implement AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Functions, and Change Management to improve system efficiency. Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents as per the organizational needs. Lead and manage the integration of the full ERP suite, ensuring all components are functioning cohesively. Requirements Proven experience in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) is required. Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is mandatory. Must possess strong knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP is crucial for this role. Familiarity with AB Testing is necessary. Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence (BI) is required. Strong understanding of Business Process Functions is expected. Must have experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents. Experience in Change Management is vital for this role. A background in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry is preferred.
