Provide management and oversight to the Industrial Fire Alarm and Sprinkler departments in Beaumont, Texas. Work to achieve the financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals established by District and Regional Management. This role is a local operations management position that reports to District Management. The Branch Manager is responsible for meeting any financial and operational goals developed by Senior Management as well as developing such goals for the Impact Fire Systems teams.Position is located in Beaumont, Texas.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the Regional or Senior Manager to develop regional financial and operational goals
Develop financial and operational goals for Impact Fire Services managers
Closely manage revenue and cost control; work to correct any budgetary deficiencies
Lead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer service
Learn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codes
Protect the company’s assets
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Operational management experience or comparable fire protection or commercial customer service industry experience.
Prior experience managing an industrial fire alarm/fire sprinkler branch office.
Knowledge of all industry codes applicable to the Fire Protection and Hood & Duct Divisions as well as local, state, and federal labor and workplace laws.
Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the Company’s information systems applications.
Customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes.
Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Preferred background but not required:
Four-year college degree in management or business administration or comparable experience and Industry licensing or certification of competency with fire alarms and commercial sprinkler systems.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required.
